Previously, as a Front Office Access Leader with Ericsson – Etisalat by e& Project, I monitored mobile network operations, handled critical alarms, and coordinated escalations. I used Ericsson NMS, Huawei NMS, and ZTE NMS to monitor network performance.
As a Front Office RAN Engineer on the same project, I resolved VSWR, hardware, outage, and radio faults, and analyzed alarms and KPIs.
For the BONC Tool v1.1 project, I developed a Python automation tool using Pandas and Tkinter for TCR report processing, reducing processing time by 70%. BONC Tool v1.0 included duplicate detection and technology-specific CSV generation, reducing configuration processing from hours to minutes for 200+ sites.
