I’m an executive leader with 15+ years of experience driving enterprise transformation, workforce strategy, organizational development, and operational excellence across healthcare, government, higher education, and nonprofit organizations.

I’ve built and led multimillion-dollar initiatives, aligning people, process, and strategy to deliver measurable organizational impact—most recently as an Infrastructure & Workforce Director overseeing a $7.95M CDC workforce grant and a first-year Leadership Development Training Program with ~30% engagement improvement.
