Aisha M
@aisham1
I build learning, talent, and workforce programs that strengthen employee growth and organizational performance.
What I'm looking for
At PSEG Long Island, I lead the design, facilitation, and evaluation of learning and development programs for employees, aligning curriculum to career pathways, leadership development, change management, and customer service.
Previously at the MTA, I created the agency-wide New NYC Hire Orientation Experience, centralized training evaluation and data tracking, and helped introduce distance learning and LMS options for 70,000+ staff. My earlier program leadership spans workforce development, grant-funded education, youth enrichment, staff management, budgets, partnerships, and multi-million-dollar programs.
