I seek a role where I can grow technically and contribute to quality-driven projects, combining hands-on IT support, software testing, and customer-facing responsibilities in a collaborative environment.

I am a Business Informatics student driven by curiosity and practical problem-solving, with experience across software testing, IT support, and customer operations. I have delivered quality-focused testing, resolved technical incidents, and supported customers across phone, chat, and email channels.

At Qualogy Caribbean I progressed from software engineering trainee to software test engineer, executing test scenarios, reporting bugs, and improving software quality while collaborating closely with developers. In IT and operations roles at Consolidated Industries Corporation and GreenPress I maintained networks and hardware, supported users, and contributed to process improvement and automation.

I combine technical skills—troubleshooting, hardware/software maintenance, CCTV upkeep, and data analysis—with strong communication and adaptability, and I am committed to continuous learning and delivering reliable, customer-centered technical solutions.
