I then transitioned to a Marketing Consultant role at Kingsriver Estate, where I successfully executed marketing promotions and collaborated with advertising agencies to boost sales.

My most recent role as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance South Africa allowed me to further develop my customer care skills, ensuring timely responses to queries and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
