What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead security-first IT operations end-to-end—owning identity, network, and endpoints, partnering with executives, and delivering automated, audit-conscious systems that scale with organizational growth.

I’m an IT operations leader with 9+ years building and running IT operations from scratch, including serving as the sole technical authority for a 575-person organization. I combine hands-on infrastructure execution (Cisco Meraki, Microsoft 365/Azure/Entra ID, VMware) with a security-first, audit-conscious approach to risk reduction and executive-level stakeholder engagement.

Recently, I inherited a critical infrastructure failure and rebuilt the entire IT function—then identified a zero-day vulnerability, built a business case, and pitched a $110k+ Cisco Meraki network overhaul directly to the CEO and CFO for approval and execution across all locations. I also automated identity operations by writing a PowerShell script to sync Immutable IDs across 300+ accounts, and built an automated onboarding system (Microsoft Forms + Power Automate) that reduced setup from 1–2 weeks to about one hour.
