I am a senior operations and complaints officer experienced in centralized processing, customer complaint resolution, and supervising regional teams in fast-paced Pakistani organizations.

Previously I served as Centralize Processing & Customer Complaint Officer at ISMMART Group and as Senior Executive Officer at Hashi Group, handling sales, operations, property consultancy and investor relations. As a Trainee Engineer at Viscolloids, I designed an automated control and monitoring system for an industrial oven and worked closely with senior engineers to troubleshoot and improve products.
