I'm seeking a dedicated internal leadership role where I can build long-term operational strategy, strengthen executive alignment, create scalable systems, and support organizational growth.

At Customer Success Builders, I design SOP libraries, onboarding frameworks, and training systems that standardize workflows across multiple businesses. I also optimize executive calendars and communications while coordinating hiring, reporting, documentation, vendors, and stakeholders.

Over 12+ years, I've turned disorganized workflows into scalable operational infrastructure that improves productivity, clarity, accountability, and service delivery. My work includes leading support teams, resolving customer escalations, supporting real estate compliance documentation, and delivering IT support and systems training.

After leading a multi-client consulting practice for six years, I'm pursuing an internal leadership role where I can drive long-term operational strategy, executive alignment, and organizational growth.
