I’m looking to lead sales enablement and business operations where I can drive operational excellence—building SOPs, governance, onboarding, KPI dashboards, and change initiatives—while developing high-performing teams and strengthening customer experience.

I’m a results-driven Sales Enablement and Business Operations professional with 10+ years of experience leading operational improvement initiatives, workforce planning, and learning & development. I build scalable processes, develop high-performing teams, and connect performance enablement to business growth.

In my current role, I lead operational improvement initiatives across 13 Caribbean territories. I design SOPs, workflows, governance frameworks, onboarding programs, and training resources—then reinforce them with KPI dashboards, executive reporting, and operational reporting frameworks.

Previously as a Sales Manager, I managed operations, workforce planning, and customer experience across 8 retail locations and 40+ employees. I led recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, training, certification, and coaching, while also driving customer service quality programs, audits, and operational improvement initiatives.

I also bring consultative sales experience and strong business process optimization, including CRM administration and SaaS platform support.
