I am looking for a job that offers challenging opportunities to utilize my skills in partnerships and operations. I am particularly interested in roles that allow me to establish and nurture strategic partnerships, negotiate agreements, and drive collaborative efforts. I am a goal-oriented strategist with almost 7 years of experience in partnerships and operations. Throughout my career, I have been helping brands and individuals find success by implementing best practices. I have a strong passion for providing the best results for clients and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

During my time at Spring Design Malaysia, I have identified and established strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations with external stakeholders such as vendors, distributors, resellers, and technology partners. I have also negotiated partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutual benefit and alignment of goals. Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners is one of my strengths, as I believe in fostering trust, transparency, and collaboration.

Prior to my current role, I worked as a Study Coach at Allianz Health Staffing, where I collaborated with students to establish achievable short-term and long-term academic goals. I conducted market research and industry trends analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making. Additionally, I provided guidance on study strategies and offered encouragement, motivation, and support to boost students' confidence and efficacy.
