I’m an aspiring Marketing Manager with a strong background in client operations, recognized for leadership, high performance, and effective communication. I enjoy turning insights into action—whether that’s improving team results or shaping customer-facing initiatives.
At S&P Global Inc., I led performance and engagement work across Capital Markets, including presenting survey favorability summaries through the “Raising the Bar” initiative to drive continuous improvement. I also took on leadership as Pillar Lead for the Partnership Pillar and supported quality assurance through micro-team case reviews.
I’ve consistently delivered measurable outcomes—earning awards like the Client Operations Up and Comer Award (H2 2024), the Golden Phone Award for six consecutive months, Most Improved Associate (Q2 2024), and Golden Employee recognition. I also represented the company at the Ateneo Career Fair, strengthening brand presence and talent attraction.
