What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my HR, accounting, and operations leadership experience in a role where I can improve processes, maintain compliance, support employees, and contribute to organizational goals.

I'm currently managing Human Resources and accounting at Italian Cast Stone, overseeing onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, budgeting, and financial reporting. I partner with the President to strengthen processes while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

Previously, I processed more than 1,000 invoices monthly with 100% accuracy at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits and led accounting operations at Shear Enterprises. My background also includes managing seven credit union branches, coaching teams, overseeing budgets and compliance, approving consumer loans, and improving operational efficiency.
