I’m seeking an honorable position in Asset Management with challenging growth opportunities—where I can apply my SAM and Cloud Operations experience to make a meaningful contribution and drive compliance and cost optimization.

I’m a Cloud Operations Specialist with 9 years and 7 months of experience, built around Software Asset Management (SAM) and license compliance. I combine hands-on ServiceNow SAM Pro delivery with deep knowledge of publisher ELPs and software licensing practices.

In my current role at Accenture, I work across the full SAM lifecycle: monitoring compliance in SAMPro workspaces and dashboards, managing bi-weekly renewals of contracts and purchase orders, and validating licenses required to be installed in client environments through software catalog. I also recommend cost optimization based on publisher ELPs for organizations such as Tanium, Dynatrace, and MongoDB.

I’m trusted to handle license operations end-to-end, including Microsoft MSDN and Adobe Portal license assignment and removal as part of license harvesting, maintaining a monthly software license key repository, and approving software decommission requests. I also resolve software queries and tickets received via incidents and email—supporting the Japan region within stipulated SLA—and I serve as a ServiceNow UAT tester for software catalogs.

Previously, at Microfocus and HCL Technologies, I strengthened my analytical foundation through data reconciliation and entitlement work, including verifying install base and software licenses from raw data and performing compliance determination by reconciling entitlements with deployed licenses.
