What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead ITAM/SAM in hybrid cloud environments—own discovery architecture, compliance/ELP reporting, and ServiceNow CMDB integration—while using automation and AI-assisted tooling to improve license accuracy, audit readiness, and cost savings.

I’m an IT Asset Management (ITAM) & Software Asset Management (SAM) Lead with 15+ years across desktop/server support, infrastructure deployment, and enterprise-scale ITAM leadership. I specialize in the Snow Software / Flexera platform, from inventory and database servers to integration connectors and agent migrations.

I’ve led enterprise asset discovery and visibility initiatives across hybrid environments supporting 28,000+ endpoints using Snow License Manager, Snow Inventory Server, and Snow DB Server. I architect and stabilize agent-based discovery, integrate with ServiceNow CMDB, and deliver accurate lifecycle and configuration data to support audit readiness.

I’m hands-on with compliance and cost optimization—delivering Effective License Position (ELP) analysis and reclaiming unused/underused licenses (Tibco, Java, WebLogic, ODC Studio, Adobe) for an estimated $10,000+ USD in software cost savings. I translate ITAM and discovery requirements into technical designs, and present findings via executive dashboards and reports.

I also bring self-driven automation to ITAM/SAM. Despite no formal coding background, I independently designed and built an offline software license-tracking tool with auto-generated dashboards and an Expense Tracker Android app using generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
