I’m a results-driven software compliance specialist with 14 years of experience managing software assets, licenses, and compliance. I focus on improving compliance levels by implementing controls, monitoring adherence, and driving corrective actions.
At Cognizant Technology Solutions, I run software metering & harvesting and coordinate with process owners to improve compliance percentages. I conduct comprehensive software license reviews and audits, validate customer-supplied software, and prepare compliance reports and dashboards that highlight cost impact and monthly improvements.
I use ServiceNow to streamline IT service management and compliance workflows—registering, renewing, remapping, adding licenses, and deregistering software requests. I also support normalization activities (e.g., mapping discovered products to line items) and ensure approvals, SOW/MSA execution alignment, and internal governance for project compliance.
