What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote customer service, live chat, virtual assistant, or administrative role where I can apply 28 years of business management and customer care experience, contribute to a team, and deliver outstanding service.

I've managed The Hideaway Restaurant in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca since 1998, overseeing daily operations for a successful family restaurant.

I handle bookings, emails, telephone enquiries, suppliers, purchasing, stock, administration, finances, social media, and customer engagement. I also recruit, train, and supervise staff while maintaining health and safety standards.

I'm now looking to bring my customer service, virtual assistance, and administrative experience to a remote team, delivering outstanding service in English and Spanish.
