I've led store teams at Butchies and Honi Poke, managing food preparation, safety, maintenance, supplier orders, staffing, schedules, and administrative work.

At Butchies, I progressed from kitchen assistant to Store Manager and supervised a team of 10–15 people. At Honi Poke, I managed a team of around 10 people while helping the store meet company targets.

I'm now supporting IKEA customers in Spanish and English across phone, chat, and email, resolving delivery and order issues with personalized service. I enjoy leading by example, learning from my team, and delivering the best possible customer experience.
