What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a target-driven sales, customer onboarding or digital marketing role where I can use CRM, lead-generation and social media skills to improve customer acquisition, engagement and campaign performance.

I'm currently supporting customer acquisition at Moove by generating and managing leads in HubSpot, guiding prospects through sales and onboarding, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

I've also managed Moove South Africa's TikTok account, growing its community from approximately 600 to 5,028 followers and generating 605.4K post views. I create customer-focused content, captions, scripts and promotional copy, then use audience and campaign data to improve content strategy.

Previously, I supported Bolt drivers and riders at Surgo across chat, email and telephone, resolving account and service queries while meeting daily support and productivity targets.

My experience at MultiChoice and PLP Group strengthened my sales, upselling, customer service and prospecting skills. I enjoy structured, target-driven work and bring professional communication, accurate data capture and consistent follow-up to every customer interaction.
