What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can convert leads, guide customers through onboarding, manage accurate CRM records, and work closely with operations teams to deliver smooth service.

I'm currently supporting Fore Mobility LLC as a Customer Onboarding Specialist, responding to phone, email, and chat inquiries from gig drivers and customers interested in car subscriptions.

I guide new users through account creation, app verification, vehicle selection, and delivery scheduling. I also explain subscription plans, insurance coverage, and maintenance terms, while accurately managing leads and follow-ups in CRM systems.

Previously, I spent six years as a Sales Consultant at Pinehurst Communications (Cell C), helping customers upgrade and apply for contracts, complete SIM swaps and RICA registrations, update software, and set up new phones.
