What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support reliable production systems where I can apply monitoring, incident troubleshooting, SQL, API validation, Linux, and AWS skills while growing in cloud and technical operations.

At RBL Bank, I support production CRM and bancassurance applications through health checks, log analysis, incident resolution, API validation, UAT patch deployments, and Data Centre/Disaster Recovery activities. I work with development and infrastructure teams to reduce business impact and keep customer journeys reliable.

Previously at Protean e-Gov Technologies, I monitored applications, managed incidents and service requests, extracted MySQL data, prepared operational reports, and supported UiPath bots. I've also deployed WordPress, Django, and Flask applications on AWS EC2 using Linux, backed by AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.
