What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT operations or infrastructure support role where I can manage incidents, coordinate service restoration, support Windows and Active Directory environments, and contribute to SLA-driven continuous service improvement.

I've supported service operations at Tata Consultancy Services for PricewaterhouseCoopers Services, Nordea Bank, and an Integrated Command Center, managing incidents and restoring services within SLA commitments.

I coordinate application, infrastructure, and network teams during critical incidents, handle escalations by priority and business impact, and keep stakeholders informed throughout service disruptions. I also support incident reviews and identify recurring issues for service improvement.

My hands-on work includes monitoring servers, applications, and network alerts with SolarWinds; supporting production environments; and generating incident and performance reports.

I administer Active Directory accounts, security groups, and Group Policies, support Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, and assist with WSUS patching, updates, and server performance troubleshooting. I'm ITIL Foundation certified and bring a service-focused approach to stable, efficient IT operations.
