What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead infrastructure operations and service delivery teams, manage critical incidents, improve ITIL-aligned processes, mentor colleagues, and deliver reliable, customer-focused enterprise IT services.

I lead IT infrastructure operations and service delivery at Tata Consultancy Services, coordinating workloads, ticket queues, SLA/KPI performance, and complex escalations.

I work closely with global server, network, application, database, and resolver teams to manage major incidents and deliver timely updates and resolution through ServiceNow.

Previously at HCL Technologies, I led data centre operations spanning Dell, HP, Blade Servers, Cisco, Brocade, Dell EMC Storage, Commvault backups, monitoring, and Windows/Linux troubleshooting. I also automated UC4 job restarts using Rundeck and supported critical infrastructure issues.

Across Wipro Technologies and TATA Business Support Services, I provided remote technical support, administered Active Directory, resolved application, email, system, and network issues, and maintained SLA-focused ticket documentation. I enjoy mentoring teams, improving processes, and delivering customer-focused IT operations.
