I'm currently supporting production application, server, and system administration environments at Clearight Infotech, monitoring five client environments and working with stakeholders, architects, managers, and developers across locations.

I troubleshoot application and server alerts, provide L2 support for functionality, performance, and availability issues, and manage incidents within SLA requirements. I've deployed ASP.NET applications on IIS, managed application pools, virtual directories, websites, SSL certificates, and UAT and production IIS servers.

I also administer Windows infrastructure including Active Directory, Windows Server, Remote Desktop Services, Hyper-V virtual machines, Oracle and MS-SQL deployments, backups, router configuration, and security controls. I contribute to releases, patching, health checks, change requests, BCP drills, outage maintenance, and support documentation.

Previously at Tata Consultancy Services supporting Owens Corning, I monitored network and server operations using BMC Portal, BMC Impact Explorer, HP NNM, and ServiceNow. I handled network, VM, host, application-service, backup, hardware, utilization, and site-down alerts while coordinating with service providers, vendors, customers, and infrastructure teams.
