I am a dedicated student majoring in Computer Science with a strong background in customer support and IT. My experience at S & B Trucking has honed my skills in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. I take pride in ensuring that clients receive the best possible experience, leveraging my bilingual abilities to assist both English-speaking and non-English speaking customers.

In addition to my customer support role, I have developed technical skills by addressing IT issues, including hardware fixes and software installations. My education at Sacramento State has equipped me with a solid foundation in business administration and computer science, and I am currently pursuing my Security + IT certification to further enhance my qualifications.
