I seek roles where I can apply crisis counseling and technical maintenance skills in a collaborative, supportive environment that values training, growth, and service to others.

I offered crisis-counseling services via chat and text, completing risk assessment, safety planning, de-escalation, and follow-up with visitors. As a mandated reporter and volunteer for crisis services, I maintained accurate and detailed chat reports and completed yearly training via Lifeline.
