I am looking for a role that allows me to lead clinical teams, advocate for mental health equity, and develop innovative programs to support diverse populations.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and experienced Crisis Counselor with over 6 years of clinical practice and more than 20 years of military leadership. My expertise lies in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and culturally responsive counseling for diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and LGBTQIA+ communities. I am dedicated to promoting equity in mental health care through innovation, supervision, and advocacy.

As the CEO and Founder of EnvisionU Mental Health Counseling, I lead a culturally competent organization focused on accessible care. I manage daily operations, develop programs, and establish strategic partnerships with local agencies. My role involves designing trauma-informed programming and supervising clinicians to ensure ethical standards and clinical quality. I am passionate about reducing mental health stigma in marginalized communities through outreach and education.

In my previous roles, I have provided immediate emotional support and crisis intervention to LGBTQ+ youth at The Trevor Project and supervised mental health counselors at SHIFT Your Journey. My military background as an Operations Manager in the United States Air Force has equipped me with strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. I am committed to enhancing mental health services and advocating for those in need.
