At HC2 Consulting, I administer and enhance Workday for clients, maintaining business processes, supervisory organisations, security groups, compensation elements, reporting, and employment document templates.
Previously at UnitingCare Queensland, I co-led Workday HRIS design and onboarding improvements for 17,000 employees. I partnered with IT, Change, Payroll, and business stakeholders to resolve design challenges, improve employee data reliability, support adoption, and strengthen People & Culture operations.
My HR background also includes payroll recovery, people advisory, compliance, and high-volume onboarding. I helped launch a Fit2Work pilot that reduced processing time from seven days to 24 hours for 80% of checks.
