What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Payroll Implementation Consultant role where I can apply payroll system expertise, UAT testing, and data validation to improve operational accuracy. I want to support system transitions and stakeholders while maintaining compliance and reporting quality.

I’m a payroll and accounting professional with experience managing end-to-end payroll operations across large workforces and multiple pay cycles. I focus on data accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery while partnering with stakeholders to keep payroll running smoothly.

I’ve supported payroll system transitions, including payroll systems implementation support, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). I validate and reconcile payroll data, investigate discrepancies, and use exception reporting to drive process improvement and operational accuracy.

In my most recent roles, I’ve managed weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll across multiple regions, maintained payroll master data (onboarding, terminations, salary changes, and promotions), and supported payroll audits and reconciliation. I’ve also administered WorkCover top-up payments and managed reimbursement tracking to ensure correct outcomes.

Alongside payroll operations, I’ve strengthened my financial foundation through accounts payable and assistant accountant experience, including preparing financial statements, tax returns, and compliance reports, and processing high-volume invoices. I’m seeking a Payroll Implementation Consultant role to apply my system expertise, reporting capability, and compliance mindset to help teams deliver reliable payroll.
