I’m looking for a role where I can lead HRIS initiatives end-to-end—driving Workday/HRIS integrations, automated reporting, and data governance. I want to partner with P&C and Technology teams, deliver reliable master data, and turn requirements into impactful workforce insights.

I’m a People Systems & Data Analyst with over 4 years of experience specializing in complex HRIS implementations, system configurations, and digital transformations. I bridge technical infrastructure and strategic business outcomes—especially for workforce processes and data integrity.

I design and maintain automated monthly people dashboards and ad-hoc reports for leadership, and I contribute to both business and technical delivery of HRIS initiatives. As a technical lead for system configurations and upgrades, I translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions and ensure reliable master data through regular audits, QA activities, and governance processes.
