At Maurice Blackburn Lawyers, I support Workday implementation, go-live and post-production stabilisation. My work includes data validation, integrations and coordinating UAT and production defect management.
At VIDA Roads / Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority, I led day-to-day workflow visibility across People Operations and designed SharePoint intake and workflow structures. I also supported Power BI and Power Automate reporting solutions.
At Guild Group, I designed Power BI dashboards using Jira data and built automated reporting pipelines with DAX. In a separate secondment, I configured ELMO workflows and supported migration from Chris21, integrations, testing and go-live activities.
Earlier, at CSL, I supported employees across Australia and New Zealand through Workday and built reports for headcount and compliance. My experience also includes HR operations, reporting and process improvement at Guild Group, Australian Red Cross, MinterEllison and Melbourne Human Resources.
