I’m an outgoing, dynamic, and focused hotelier with relentless drive to deliver more than just results. I bring an ethical, exemplary manner and the expertise to achieve performance goals while positively contributing to every hotel area.
From managing Rooms Division, Bar, Maintenance, and Office administration at The Odyssey Leisure Centre, I learned how to translate standards into consistent guest satisfaction. I’m especially strong in team collaboration, forming solid staff bonds, and working efficiently to meet targets.
I’ve built my foundation across front office, housekeeping, and sales roles—so I understand the full guest journey from arrival to service delivery. My core strengths include guest relations, front desk management, customer service, event management, and compliance-focused thinking around food safety and health and safety.
