At Tata Technologies (Tata Group), I led a team of 3–4 engineers across concurrent feasibility programmes, mentored junior engineers, and stepped into senior transition periods to maintain delivery quality. I collaborated directly with Nissan, Renault, and Stellantis, translating complex simulation outputs into plain, actionable recommendations for design and manufacturing teams.
