I hold a Bachelor of Marketing (Hons) from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman with a 3.0 GPA and years of hands-on marketing and customer service experience.

As a Customer Service Officer at Chiropractic First Group Sdn. Bhd. (Sept 2022 – Dec 2023), I handled customer complaints and enquiries, scheduled and booked appointments, and managed customer data using CRM tools including Salesforce, Sleekflow and Quickdesk. I tracked and reported customer conversion rates and streamlined internal processes and SOPs to improve efficiency.

As a Digital Marketing Officer at Kaison Furnishing Sdn. Bhd. (Dec 2020 – Feb 2022), I assisted in managing social media accounts, copywriting and proofreading captions, moderating posts and comments, tracking social media performance, and supporting ad-hoc marketing duties. I also contributed to product naming, audio transcription, and text translation.

During an internship at Yee Lee Corporation. Bhd. (Oct 2019 – Dec 2019) I conducted market visits, liaised with customers and suppliers, prepared purchase orders and quotations, and assisted in marketing campaigns and advertising edits. I communicate in English, Malay and Chinese and bring attention to detail, process improvement, and a collaborative attitude to marketing and customer-facing roles.
