Shamim Kavuma

I’m a customer service professional focused on “very good customer care” and “quality services to customers” while meeting organizational expectations. With a Business Administration background from Makerere University, I bring a structured, business-minded approach to every interaction.

Since 2020, I have worked with DLIGHT DESIGN in various positions and responsibilities, building practical experience through consistent client-facing service. I also worked as an administration runner in Nakasero hospital, which strengthened my ability to “know the clients better” and deliver as expected.

I’m confident working “in teams to meet the organisation goals,” and I’m able to “take up other related roles given to meet.” I handle pressure, make sound decisions with minimal guidance, and communicate clearly—so customers feel understood and supported.

I’m self-motivated, assertive, and progress oriented, with good analytical skills and the ability to articulate customer services. I’m honest, respectful, and committed to motivating language, always aiming to improve and grow into a professional sales personnel who performs at a high standard.
