At Soltrack, a South African fleet-management SaaS company, I managed a dedicated client portfolio, delivered first-line technical support, and guided new clients from system configuration through training and adoption.

I coordinated high-volume office workflows, maintained records, supported billing and monthly reporting, and investigated data discrepancies before business-critical information reached management and clients. I also served as PA to a senior manager, managing diaries, correspondence, meetings, travel, and confidential administrative work.

Alongside my operations work, I design and maintain websites and landing pages for small businesses, helping them move manual processes onto digital platforms that improve visibility and operational efficiency.
