What I'm looking for

I am seeking hands-on IT support or field installation roles that offer practical troubleshooting, on-site work, and opportunities to expand networking and security skills.

I am an IT technician with practical experience in technical support, networking, and CCTV installation. I have worked across retail, security, and IT service environments, delivering hands-on solutions and maintenance.

I completed technical IT training in Information Technology: Technical Support and Computer Technician courses, and I am proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking hardware. My roles have included installing routers, switches, wireless access points, and media equipment.

In field roles I have supported fiber and accessory distribution, performed CCTV installation and maintenance at a major port site, and provided customer-facing sales and shop assistance. I adapt quickly, learn new systems, and follow technical procedures closely.
