I'm looking for a challenging environment that supports continuous learning, where I can apply Agile, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to deliver efficient, scalable solutions.

At Allianz, I lead discovery workshops and translate actuarial and business requirements into functional documentation, process architecture, and scalable transformation initiatives. I bridge business, actuarial, and technology teams while identifying automation opportunities and exploring AI for Agile delivery optimization.

Previously, I mentored Agile teams at Envestnet, facilitated Scrum ceremonies, managed risks and dependencies, and coordinated UAT releases. My earlier work at Infosys and Finastra included Power BI reporting, data transformation, client implementation, and techno-functional mentoring.
