What I'm looking for
I’m a transformation leader and systems thinker with deep experience across strategic HR, culture transformation, corporate strategy, organization development, and change PURPOSE management. I bring a rare blend of experiential leadership and social impact—building “cultures that translate intent into action” and creating environments where people evolve through continuous feedback.
Since 2012, I’ve helped organizations build agile, adaptive capability using customer and value focus, collaboration, feedback loops, and continuous improvement. I’ve led enterprise-wide culture and business transformation, coached teams and leaders across levels, and anchored organization design and change management initiatives using experiential and reflective learning.
In my HR leadership roles, I’ve driven talent and leadership development, performance management, and employee experience—strengthening culture alignment with business strategy. I’ve also designed value-based learning interventions and transformation programs tied to real business outcomes, while using HR analytics to support HR/IR performance and decision-making.
Right now, I’m seeking leadership roles in OD, Change Management, HR & Culture Transformation, culture and talent strategy (remotely). My north star is value and impact over comfort and conformity—so transformation leaves people purposefully evolving and organizations capable of sustained, iterative growth.
