What I'm looking for
I’m a Product Specialist focused on translating customer feedback and market insights into actionable product improvements. In my current role at Growfin, I analyze user behavior and feedback to isolate pain points and feature gaps, then convert what I learn into clear problem statements and structured user stories.
Previously at Aerchain, I partnered with cross-functional teams during product discovery to turn customer insights into actionable requirements. I also supported agile sprint planning and backlog prioritization, and I mapped quick workarounds while documenting product issues to enable faster resolution—improving B2B customer satisfaction (CSAT) and reducing ticket resolution time by 87%.
Before that, as a Sales Management Trainee at Pickyourtrail, I managed end-to-end client discovery workflows by gathering detailed user requirements and coordinating with operational partners to deliver a high-quality user experience. I learned how to move from customer needs to structured solutions while keeping communication tight across stakeholders.
