What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote work where I can own customer, operations, paid media or AI-tooling problems end to end, investigate root causes, document improvements and contribute across any shift or timezone.

I specified, directed and shipped JARVIS, an always-on macOS voice assistant built with Claude Code, Swift, Python and eight external API integrations. It indexes 1,100+ files, delivers spoken daily briefs, and uses continuous health checks and automatic repair to recover from failures.

At Media Buyer School, I run Meta, Google and YouTube campaigns alongside a Senior Media Buyer managing $2M/year at 5x ROAS. For a local client, I delivered Meta campaigns reaching 252,000+ people and generated 3,364 profile visits at INR 0.20 per result, while documenting campaign findings into a working playbook.

Across Paladin Security, Guardteck Security, GardaWorld and Armour & Blackbird Security, I owned high-volume customer issues end to end through ServiceNow, Talkdesk and ticketing systems. I investigate root causes, document findings, coordinate stakeholders and turn recurring issues into process improvements.
