I’m looking for a luxury, guest-first hospitality role where I can deliver warm, attentive service, handle service recovery confidently, and coordinate smoothly with teams to create memorable experiences in busy dining environments.

I’m a hospitality professional with experience across luxury hotels, all-day dining, and guest-facing operations. I bring a calm, attentive approach to service, backed by clear communication and smooth coordination in fast-paced environments.

In my current role as a Waiter in All Day Dining at Shangri-La Hotel Dubai, I welcome guests with genuine warmth, anticipate needs throughout the dining experience, and support buffet operations by keeping stations clean, replenished, and visually appealing. I also coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain a timely, organized service flow.

Previously, I supported guest journeys at The Address Beach Resort Marina, Dubai (Host / Waiter) by welcoming and seating guests, confirming reservations, and delivering high-standard food and beverage service across multiple venues, including Zeta 77, The Lobby, and in-room dining. I focused on creating memorable “wow moments” during check-out and special occasions, while collaborating across departments for seamless service.

Earlier experience includes guest dining support at Naama Bay Hotel (Tropitel) and restaurant roles such as Cashier/Waiter and Service Assistant in Egypt. Across every position, my priority is consistent service recovery, professional etiquette, and ensuring guests feel personally attended to.
