What I'm looking for

I seek a guest-experience or events role where I can manage reservations, improve operational systems, build sponsor relationships, and deliver exceptional guest service in a collaborative team.

I am an Events & Guest Experience Coordinator with hands-on experience managing reservations, guest services, and event logistics across hospitality and agency settings in Egypt. I have implemented reservation systems, coordinated high-profile guest experiences, and supported operational alignment with management goals.

In roles at Wyte Beach Club and Surf Club I managed full reservations cycles using Wyte and ServMe systems, streamlined check-in/out processes, and tracked guest preferences to raise service quality. At DX Agency I coordinated sponsorship outreach and on-site logistics for high-profile events, securing corporate partnerships and enhancing sponsor relations.

I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics and led marketing and sponsor relations for my university motorsport team, increasing visibility and engagement.
