At the Presidency of Migration Management, I act as business owner for a Conversational IVR platform, translating operational requirements into technical configurations and coordinating data integration.

I lead a multinational team of 13, focusing on CRM data quality and operational reporting. I also investigate system and data issues to identify process improvements.

Previously, I served as Senior Legislation Expert at the Presidency of Migration Management, where I designed a content-approval workflow and FAQ interface and analyzed performance data to support KPI design and strategic decisions.

In my SQL Data Warehouse Project, I designed and built a SQL Server warehouse using Bronze/Silver/Gold architecture, with ETL pipelines, data cleansing, star-schema modeling, and SQL-based analytics. I documented its architecture and data flow using Draw.io.
