I’m aiming to become an expert on machine learning products and business intelligence.

At START Canada / StartNew Technologies, I analyze and test the software development life cycle. I logged 325 defect tickets, with a 91% validation rate and a 96% resolution rate.

I also helped build a reusable relational data model that normalizes client domain data with an internal catalog for question bank generation. At Streetbees, I co-led UAT for a multimodal annotation model, increasing mean auto-coding coverage from 7% to 65%, and engineered a recommendation engine that improved taxonomy-cleanup efficiency by around 50%.
