Seth Tibbs

At DISPENDIX and CYTENA, I provide global remote technical support for scientific research instruments and the computers used to operate them. I troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, configuration, and operational issues by phone, email, and remote access.

I administer Salesforce and HubSpot across users, permissions, data, reports, dashboards, and day-to-day troubleshooting. I supported the company-wide transition from Salesforce to HubSpot and train employees on CRM functionality, workflows, and best practices.

Previously at Foxguard Solutions, I built and configured SCADA server racks and industrial computer systems, completed calibration and quality-control inspections, and helped improve production processes.

My background also includes leading mobile sales teams at Best Buy and managing store operations and electronics repairs at RadioShack. I hold a CompTIA A+ certification.
