What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic programs, digital transformation, and AI-enabled delivery in environments where I can align business, product, and technology, strengthen governance, and improve predictable execution at scale.

I've led enterprise delivery and digital transformation programs for Jikkosoft, TransUnion, Citibank, Bancolombia, and Clarios across regulated financial services, cloud technology, and industrial environments.

At Clarios, I led a regional QAD ERP implementation across Colombia and Peru, coordinating eight enterprise-system integrations, business units, technology teams, and external partners. At ACDI/VOCA's USAID program, I managed workforce development initiatives that contributed to more than 10,000 employment opportunities through public-private and international cooperation.

I build delivery operating models that combine SAFe, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, governance, operational analytics, workflow automation, and AI-enabled decision support. I'm also developing VibeOps, an AI-first enterprise operations platform for traceable, governable decision-support artifacts across delivery, product, and project management.
