I am a bilingual economist with experience in organizing and executing plans related to learning, onboarding, and work development. Throughout my career, I have improved my skills in human resources and recruitment processes, as well as employee development and evaluation.
As the Learning and Development Lead at Melt Studio from November 2022 to February 2024, I was responsible for the onboarding and initial steps of new employees. I successfully created and developed the learning and development area within the company, providing guidance and support to software developers and project managers in improving their skills.
Prior to that, as a Trainer and Human Resource Jr at Blackstone Medical Services from February 2022 to October 2022, I arranged onboarding plans, evaluations, and follow-ups for new hires. I also prepared contracts for the new personnel and conducted weekly briefings with different departments in the company.
In addition to my professional experience, I have advanced written and spoken fluency in English, allowing me to provide over-the-phone consecutive skills interpretation in medical settings and participate in IEP school meetings as a medical interpreter at Teleperformance from May 2019 to February 2022.
