I’m a bilingual psychologist with solid experience in IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, specializing in IT, administrative, and operational roles across multinational environments.

In my most recent role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / IT Recruiter, I lead end-to-end recruitment & selection for leadership, administrative, and IT positions, running assessment, interviews, reports, referencing, and selection while ensuring compliance with the SENA quota at a national level. I also lead and support interns through the full training cycle—guiding tasks, following up responsibilities, and conducting performance evaluations to strengthen skills and alignment with team objectives.

Previously, as a Leadership & Organizational Development Analyst, I led national recruitment for medical, administrative, IT, and logistics roles and delivered the best-fitted candidates to support successful incorporation into the company. Earlier, I developed strong sourcing and KPI discipline through Talent Acquisition Support as an intern, and I broadened my people-first approach through clinical and educational psychology internships and customer service work for US clients.
