I am a Learning & Development leader with over 11 years of experience driving talent operations, learning strategy, and people analytics across Big 4 and multinational environments in LATAM. I build BI frameworks (Power BI), lead regional teams, and implement automation solutions to reduce operational friction and improve L&D impact.
