I’m an Affiliate Support Specialist with 3.5 years of hands-on experience in the iGaming industry, providing day-to-day support for B2B affiliate partners. I resolve payment, commission, reporting, and account-related issues, investigate complex cases, and keep solutions timely by working across teams.

I’m comfortable managing operational and account requests while maintaining clear communication with partners in English. I use Jira, Confluence, and Omnidesk to manage, document, and track requests, and I collaborate closely with Finance, Payments, Product, and Technical teams to coordinate resolutions.

I bring a customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail, and I stay effective in fast-paced environments. I also use AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to speed up research and documentation while maintaining accuracy, and I’m continuously expanding my knowledge in APIs and automation.
